Professional Services & Consultations
Van den Broek Optiek provides professional mobile optician services, including eye examinations and frame styling, conducted at a location of the client’s choosing. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide a safe, suitable, and accessible environment for the consultation to take place. While our eye exams are performed using high-quality portable diagnostic equipment, they are intended for the purpose of vision correction and do not replace a comprehensive medical ocular health exam performed by an ophthalmologist. We reserve the right to refuse service or refer a client to a medical specialist if we determine that a condition exists beyond the scope of a standard refractive eye examination.

Orders, Payments & Customization
All orders for prescription eyewear are subject to acceptance and availability. Because prescription lenses are custom-manufactured to your unique optical specifications, production begins immediately upon the confirmation of your order and payment. Consequently, once an order for custom lenses has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Payment is due at the time of the order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. While we strive to provide accurate pricing and product descriptions on our website, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Deliveries & Fit Guarantee
We aim to deliver all custom eyewear within the estimated timeframe discussed during your consultation, typically between seven to ten business days. Delivery is considered complete when the glasses are personally fitted by our optician or delivered via a secure courier to your provided address. We offer a “Fit Guarantee” to ensure your total satisfaction; if you experience visual discomfort or a physical misfit with your new glasses within the first thirty days of delivery, we will provide a follow-up consultation to resolve the issue at no additional cost. However, this guarantee does not cover accidental damage, loss, or theft occurring after the product has been delivered into your possession.
